How does UltraShape work?
Every person has a map of fat cells. When we gain weight the volume of the fat in the cells increases, but the number of fat cells stay the same. When we lose weight the volume of the fat in the cells decreases but the number of fat cells stays the same. Only the destruction of fact cells will change the “map” and permanently reduce the number of fat cells.
UltraShape uses scientifically proven non-invasive ultrasound technology to destroy unwanted fat. An ultrasound beam selectively targets fat cells in the chosen body region and disrupts them without harming surrounding nerves, blood vessels or skin. The fat cell content, known as triglycerides, is dispersed into the fluid between the cells, transported via the vascular and lymphatic systems into the liver, and then cleared via the body’s natural mechanisms, without post-treatment paid, discomfort or any other side-effects.
